Market of Stars Slip Dress

Market of Stars unearthed a whimsical & cheeky 1904 poster from Brooklyn, NY, advertising a musical number called “I Wonder Will You Always Call Me Honey”, we were so charmed! Using the nostalgic graphics, along with woodcut stars and flowers drawn the same year by artist Theo Hoytema, we created our playful Milk & Honey print. The adjustable straps, oversized cut, and soft, flowy bamboo viscose make it a wardrobe staple for layering, running errands, dancing, lounging or napping — and it’s a must-have for travel, wherever you roam.

You can also wear it two ways, with the writing on the front of the bodice, or the back — depending on your mood. Featuring an antique parchment background with faded black and honey details, it feels instantly vintage and utterly wearable :)

Please note: The nature of our soft bamboo/wood viscose means it’s slightly sheer, so we recommend layering it with our Étoile slip (or any other slip you have) when wearing it with bare legs. Our model in the photos is wearing the dress without a slip.

100% bamboo/wood viscose. Machine wash gentle or handwash and hang to dry. Iron to finish if needed.

Width 52cm (across bust, underarm to underarm), 54cm (across waist seam). L/XL — 134 cm length at shortest strap adjustment, 144cm at longest.
