We offer FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $200. We currently only offer express shipping for orders under $200 due COVID 19 delayed shipping.
Express Shipping $15.00 (1-3 Business Days)
In Store Pick-Up
We offer in store pick up to our Sunshine Coast Locals, simply select In Store Pick Up at checkout and you will be contacted once your order is ready to be collected in store
We offer International Shipping with the below rates available.
Standard Shipping $30 AUD (15-25 Business Days)
Express Shipping $45 AUD (10-20 Business Days)
Staywild Collective will happily accept returns, refunds, exchanges and credit notes for full priced items on online orders if the following policies are followed:
- We do not offer refunds on Afterpay items, only exchanges.
- Items have not been worn, altered, washed and original tags are still attached.
- Footwear must be returned in original shoebox, in its original condition without damage or postage labels.
- Beauty and wellness products are only able to be returned provided the security seal is intact and not broken.
- Swimwear and Intimates must be tried on wearing undergarments. If you wish to return an item, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place.

We do not provide free returns for change of mind or exchange or sizes returnes.
We suggest sending your return with tracked shipping. We will not hold any responsibility for missing returned items.
In Store Returns
To return your in store purchased item please bring your item in its original condition with your digital receipt for either a refund, exchange or credit note.
If you unfortunately received a damaged or faulty item please contact us at email@example.com with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you, based on assessment from manufacturer.
Sale items (including flash sales or where a discount code has been applied) cannot be returned for a refund, but can be returned for an exchange or credit note. Items reduced to 40% or more off are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged,
