Domestic Shipping
Australia, we’ve got you covered. Orders over $300 ship free, because freedom feels better without fees. Orders under $300? Express shipping is $15, delivered in 1–3 business days. Quick, simple, and no fuss.

In-Store Pick-Up
Sunshine Coast locals, this one’s for you. Select In-Store Pick Up at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready. Swing by, say hi, and take your treasures home.

International Shipping
Adventure doesn’t stop at the border. We ship worldwide rates as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: $30 AUD (15–25 business days, depending on parcel size)

  • Express Shipping: $45 AUD (10–20 business days, depending on parcel size)

Heads up: international delivery times can vary thanks to local customs, weather, or that mysterious cosmic force that sometimes delays packages. We’re not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes — those are part of the adventure! Check your country’s customs website for details.

USA there are additional duties and taxes up front. At this time we are not shipping to the USA.

Online Returns 
Staywild Collective will happily accept returns, refunds, exchanges and credit notes for full priced items on online orders if the following policies are followed: 

Policies

Returns are always accepted on any item apart from and reduced or sale items 

contact us within 3 days of intention to return an item to staywildausinfo@gmail.com

  • Returns are to be recieved within 5 days of Receipt of the item and we need to
  • be notified by sms or email on the intention to return items tracking number must then be provided to us 

* Cost of return postage is at your own cost.

  • Full Refund can apply if paid via Internet Banking or Exchange  item applies.      
    * any Fees & Charges that is charged to us will be deducted from your refund if you elect to pay via Afterpay , Credit card or PayPal 
  • Items must not have been worn, altered, washed and original tags are still attached.
    - Footwear must be returned in original shoebox, in its original condition without damage or postage labels.
    - Beauty and wellness products are only able to be returned provided the security seal is intact and not broken.
    - no return on swimwear or intimates* *customers are responsible for all shipping costs in the event of a refund even including the cost of the original shipping cost, even if you received free shipping

We do not provide free returns for change of mind or exchange, or sizes returns.

We suggest sending your return with tracked shipping. We will not hold any responsibility for missing returned 

To return an item please contact staywildausinfo@gmail.com to let us know of your intention of return within 3 days after receiving the item. The item must then  be shipped with in 4 days and a return tracking number emailed to  staywildausinfo@gmail.com

*reason for return needs to be stated on the packing slip and notification of a refund , credit or a swap with another item

Faulty Items 
If you unfortunately received a damaged or faulty item please contact us at staywildausinfo@gmail.com with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you, based on assessment from manufacturer. 


SALES

All sales are final. We don’t do returns, and we don’t do exchanges. Once it’s yours, it’s yours.
