Sent cheaper item than ordered and failed to refund

As we have mentioned to you the item was sent in error it's the same brand but a different style . I am sorry this has happened and we have tried to send you a return label though Shopify but it won't allow us as you are in the uk and we are in Australia. We have tried refunding you the initial cost of all your garments being shipped ( 5 items ) but we can't do that as PayPal won't let us ! We are a smalll business we have never had this happen before as we stopped shipping overseas due to tariff problems and people not paying their VAT and things held up in customs for months in The UK . I have sent you a request through PayPal to print off a return shipping label so hopefully we can get this resolved. Thank you for the one star, we don't do these things on purpose
