Measure yourself according to the way you want the belt to fit (waist, jean, hip). Take that measurement and find the best size per fit in the measurement chart above. We recommend you select the size where your measurement is within the range listed.
Please know that the measurements you see listed may differ slightly, and are based on actual body measurements as opposed to the belts themselves. The measurements are based on the smallest and largest adjustability per style with punch holes - in other words, the smallest number is the tightest fit and the larger number is the widest fit.
